How to clear your cache and cookies

Clearing your cache and cookies can fix many issues on Runestake, including games not loading, login errors, or outdated pages. Cached files and cookies sometimes become corrupted or out of date, which prevents the site from running smoothly.

Google Chrome (Desktop & Mobile)

  1. Open Chrome and go to the menu (three dots).

  2. Select Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.

  3. Choose Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data.

  4. Set the time range to All time.

  5. Click Clear data.

Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and click the menu (three lines).

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.

  3. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.

  4. Select both options and confirm.

Safari (macOS & iOS)

  • On macOS:

    1. Open Safari and go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy.

    2. Click Manage Website Data and then Remove All.

  • On iOS:

    1. Open Settings > Safari.

    2. Tap Clear History and Website Data.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge and click the menu (three dots).

  2. Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

  3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

  4. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  5. Click Clear now.

When to clear your cache

  • If games or pages aren’t loading properly

  • After a site update, to ensure you see the latest version

  • If you’re having trouble logging in or staying logged in
