Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection to your Runestake account. With 2FA enabled, you’ll need both your password and a one-time code sent to your email to log in.
Why use 2FA?
Protects your account even if your password is compromised
Prevents unauthorized access to your Fun Cash, Sweeps Cash, and Marketplace
Strengthens your account security with a simple email confirmation
How to enable 2FA
Log in to your Runestake account.
Go to your Profile.
Select Settings.
Toggle on Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
From then on, you’ll be asked to enter a code sent to your registered email each time you log in.
⚠️ Note: You must have a verified account before you can enable 2FA.
Using 2FA
Each login attempt will trigger a code sent to your email.
Enter the code to complete your login.
If you lose access to your email, you’ll need to recover it with your email provider before logging into Runestake.
