Short-term exclusions
Players can request a short-term exclusion by contacting support.
During this time, your account will be inaccessible for the duration you request.
At the end of the exclusion period, access will automatically be restored.
Indefinite exclusions
Players may also request an indefinite exclusion.
Indefinite exclusions last a minimum of 90 days.
To have an indefinite exclusion removed, you must send a request from the registered account email.
Support will review and process your request before your account is reactivated.
