Responsible gameplay & exclusions

Runestake supports responsible gameplay and provides tools for players who wish to take a break.


Short-term exclusions

  • Players can request a short-term exclusion by contacting support.

  • During this time, your account will be inaccessible for the duration you request.

  • At the end of the exclusion period, access will automatically be restored.


Indefinite exclusions

  • Players may also request an indefinite exclusion.

  • Indefinite exclusions last a minimum of 90 days.

  • To have an indefinite exclusion removed, you must send a request from the registered account email.

  • Support will review and process your request before your account is reactivated.


Why exclusions matter

  • Exclusions give players full control over their gameplay activity.

  • They ensure you can take a break when needed, whether short-term or long-term.
